Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and more to make your Mica & Co. shopping experience as smooth as possible. Still need help? Feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to assist.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! Orders over $75 ship free anywhere in the U.S. We also offer flat-rate zone shipping on all other orders for simple, transparent delivery costs.

  • Do you offer local pickup?

     Yes! Local pickup is available at checkout. You'll be able to select a convenient date and time for pickup during the checkout process. It’s a great option for nearby customers who want to skip shipping.

  • How long does shipping take?

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

  • What’s your return policy?

    You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Eligible returns receive store credit. Email returns to shop@micaandco.com

  • Can I change my order after placing it?

    Once placed, orders are final — but reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best!

  • Do you restock items?
